I am excited to announce that on July 06, 2023, I successfully completed the International Leadership and Organizational Behavior online non-credit course authorized by Università Bocconi and offered through Coursera.
One of the most important subjects I learned in this course was the significance of having a global perspective in today’s interconnected world. I gained valuable insights into international leadership practices, cultural differences, and cross-cultural communication, which have equipped me with the necessary knowledge to excel in a globalized business environment.
Leadership is undoubtedly a critical skill for driving organizational success. However, studying this course has allowed me to further refine my leadership abilities, including strategic thinking, decision-making, team management, and conflict resolution. These skills are highly transferable and applicable in various professional contexts. Additionally, the course provided valuable insights into organizational behavior, which has helped me understand and gain deeper knowledge to create a positive work culture, improve team dynamics, and drive organizational effectiveness.
