“Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills,”

I am thrilled to share that on July 02, I successfully completed another online course offered by Coursera in collaboration with the University of Michigan. The course I completed was titled “Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills,” and it has been an invaluable opportunity for me to enhance my negotiation abilities.

Throughout the course, I gained a comprehensive understanding of negotiation dynamics, encompassing both theoretical concepts and practical application. The curriculum delved into the underlying principles of successful negotiation, covering topics such as power dynamics, effective communication techniques, and the psychology of decision-making.
